Projects is the consulting arm of the Capital Region Employment and Enterprise
Development Association (CREEDA). CREEDA is an organisation specialising
in local economic and community development activities including regional
development studies aimed at energising and developing businesses within
a region.
CREEDA
Projects has an extended network of associate consultants across
Australia who have specialist skills in regional development
including business, community and economic development,
vocational education and training, and research and analysis.
We also have valuable industry networks that extend nationally
and internationally.
Our
focus is on small business development and strategies to accelerate
their growth.
We also
undertake projects such as case studies, feasibility studies,
establishing regional development support networks, industry
clustering arrangements, training and evaluating programs
and services. Our feasibility studies include a comprehensive
assessment of market demand, financial viability, management issues
and critical success factors. CREEDA Projects also develops support
strategies for the home based business sector.
Our consultants have been involved in projects in China, Vietnam, PNG,
Malaysia, New Zealand and Central Asia including Kyrgyzstan, Kazakstan,
Romania and Turkey.
