The Centres provide a range of services :

- flexible accommodation on month-by-month terms

- access to comprehensive office services including:

- reception services (phone answering in your business name, message taking, client paging, client greeting)

- administration services ( receipt and dispatch of goods, mail service, meeting and conference room bookings, photocopy/fax equipment troubleshooting and other secretarial services on request)

- meeting and conference rooms

- free business counselling and advice on-site referral to business professionals, mentors and volunteer consultants

- networking services

Costs are comparable to commercial rates, but with greater flexibility and a very supportive environment.

The CBCs also offer "Virtual Office" Services with all the advantages and services of a professionally staffed office without the accommodation costs, from just $27 + GST per week.

There are currently three CBCs conveniently located in Canberra:

CBC Narrabundah (South) is close to the Parliamentary Triangle, Woden, Fyshwick, Manuka, Kingston and Deakin.

CBC Downer (North) is close to the City, Belconnen, Dickson, Mitchell and Gungahlin.

CBC John Knight Erindale (Tuggeranong) is close to the Tuggeranong Town Centre, Hume and Weston Creek.

Eligibility for CREEDA Business Centres

If you are interested in establishing a business, or have a small business (possibly home-based) in a business growth stage, the CREEDA Business Centres could be for you. The Centres are suitable for a wide range of businesses such as software development and IT, training providers, business services, financial and property services, designers and some light manufacturing.

The success rate of businesses using CREEDA Business Centres is 80 percent, and most stay on an average of three years before becoming fully established, profitable and outgrow the office accommodation available.
